Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by supplier.  See below, or enquire for more details.

Angelo & Arcangela:  20% of booking value non-refundable.  Cancellation between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival incremental 20% of balance charged, 7 to 30 days notice 50% of balance charged, less than 7 days notice, 90% of balance charged.  For non-arrivals without notice, full cost of booked accommodation will be charged.

Piccolo Golf & Valkarana:  For bookings cancelled more than 60 days in advance, 20% of booking value charged, bookings cancelled 60-45 days from arrival, 60% of booking value charged.  Cancellation within 45-30 days of arrival:  80% of total booking value charged.  Cancellation within one month of arrival, no-show or early departure:  100% of booking value charged.

Su Lithu:  Cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival, 25%.  Cancellation 7 days or less, 50%.  No-show or early departure, 100% of booking charged.

Apartments:  Deposit non-refundable.  Cancellation charges payable on balance are dependent on season, notice given and duration of booking.  No-show or cancellation within 1 month of arrival date, 100% of balance charged.
