Bedrooms at A&A are furnished in
traditional Sardinian style with local carvings and textiles,
and all have air conditioning, private bathroom and views across the mountains and down to the coast.
The house and pool are surrounded by gardens and flowerbeds, and Arcangela is a keen gardener who has planted most of the flowers and shrubs herself. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the terrace
then relax by the pool or head to the beaches of the Costa
Smeralda 20 minutes away. Or explore the island’s
mountainous interior by foot, bike, car or train (see Gallura and Getting Around), or some of its weekly markets. Olbia is 15 minutes away, and the nearby
market town of Arzachena is an important centre for the island’s
prehistoric nuraghi sites, as well as producing some of
the island’s high quality Vermentino white wine. Angelo and his wife Arcangela are always happy to provide visitors with information on the local area and what to do.
