This bright, modern 1 bedroom apartment is filled with light and has a spacious, sunny terrace with lovely sea views across the bay to the mountains of San Pantaleo.  On the first floor of a small block of 6 apartments, the bilocale sleeps 2-4 with one double bedroom plus a double sofabed. The apartments are in a quiet residential area of Cannigione on the hillside above the main street, 5 minutes walk from shops, 7 minutes from the sea and port and 10 minutes walk from the beach, and there is a friendly pizzeria just a couple of minutes down the hill.   This is a very good location for the beach, for exploring the Costa Smeralda or interior of the island, and for sailing or hiring a boat.  (see our page Cannigione_boat_hire for self-drive RIB hire).  Several of Cannigione's restaurants and shops remain open year-round, making it a good base for autumn breaks.

The apartments were built 2 years ago and the interiors are well-fitted, fresh and modern.  In the garden, there are olive trees and views across the bay of Arzachena to the south-east, and south-west across fields to the mountains of the interior.

Costs Dependent on season:  from 300 euro per week in low season. Linen is also available.   Summer lets are Saturday-Saturday.

Who would enjoy this house

A couple or small family who'd like to be able to eat outside or relax with a drink on the terrace, and who want to be in walking distance of the beach and resort facilities.  Bakery, delicatessen and supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk, as are numerous bars and restaurants and the sandy beach, plus Cannigione’s Monday morning market.
