This bright, modern 1 bedroom apartment is filled with light and has a spacious, sunny terrace with lovely sea views across the bay to the mountains of San Pantaleo. On the first floor of a small block of 6 apartments, the bilocale sleeps 2-4 with one double bedroom plus a double sofabed.

The apartments are in a quiet residential area of Cannigione on the hillside above the main street, 5 minutes walk from shops, 7 minutes from the sea and Cannigione harbour and 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach. There's a friendly pizzeria just a couple of minutes down the hill, and Cannigione's numerous restaurants, bars and pizzerias are all within a short walk of the apartment. There are also a local baker, pastry shop, greengrocer and small supermarkets selling everything from sun lotion to local honey nearby. The weekly (Monday) market is only a short walk away.

This is a good base for the beaches, for exploring northern Sardinia or for sailing. There is a bus service which stops nearby, providing a summer service along the whole of the Costa Smeralda and into Olbia, and allowing visitors to explore and beach-hop without a car. Cannigione_boat_hire Boat trips run from Cannigione to tour the islands of the beautiful La Maddalena archipelago throughout the summer season. Or explore Gallura's interior with its small towns, archeogical sites and mountain walks, all easily reached from here.

For competitors, visitors and press for either event these apartments are in a very good location. For Louis Vuitton Cup regatta visitors, Cannigione marina is a short walk, or Palau/La Maddalena can be reached by car and ferry.

For the Tristar222 Sardinia Arzachena Costa Smeralda Triathlon, the swimming event is here in Cannigione, just a short walk away.

The apartments were built 3 years ago and the interiors are well-fitted, fresh and modern. In the garden, there are olive trees and views across the bay of Arzachena to the south-east, and south-west across fields to the mountains of the interior.
