Local facilities

The apartments are in a quiet residential area of Cannigione on the hillside above the main street, 5 minutes walk from shops, 7 minutes from the sea and Cannigione harbour, and 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach.  There's a friendly pizzeria just a couple of minutes down the hill, and Cannigione's numerous restaurants, bars and pizzerias are all within a short walk.  There are also the local baker, pastry shop, greengrocers and small supermarkets nearby selling everything from sun lotion to local honey.  The weekly market is only a short walk away.

What to do

This is a good base for the beaches, for exploring northern Sardinia or for sailing.  There is a bus service which stops close by, providing a summer service along the whole of the Costa Smeralda and into Olbia to allow visitors to explore and beach-hop without a car. For visitors to the Louis Vuitton Cup at La Maddalena or the Tristar222 Sardinia Arzachena Costa Smeralda Triathlon, these apartments are in a great location.  The Triathlon swimming event takes place right here in Cannigione, within walking distance.

The apartments were built recently and the interiors are well-fitted, fresh and modern.  They are surrounded by a small garden, with olive trees around the lawn and a strangely shaped granite boulder which the wind has eroded into the form of an armchair.
