On the ground floor and first floor of a small building of 6 apartments, these 2 bedroom apartments have a sunny terrace and garden, with views across the bay of Golfo di Arzachena to the mountains of San Pantaleo, and the open fields which are just a couple of hundred metres away.  Living room and master bedroom both have doors that open onto the terrace, and this is an ideal spot for a family.  The apartments are in a quiet residential area of Cannigione on the hillside above the main street, 5 minutes walk from shops, 7 minutes from the sea and Cannigione harbour and 10 minutes walk from the beach, and there is a friendly pizzeria just a couple of minutes down the hill.

This is a good base for the beaches, for exploring northern Sardinia or for sailing.  There is a bus service which stops nearby, providing a summer service along the whole of the Costa Smeralda and into Olbia, allowing visitors to explore and beach-hop without a car. For autumn breaks, several of Cannigione's restaurants and shops remain open year-round, and visitors can explore both coast and inland using Cannigione as a base.

The apartments were built recently and the interiors are well-fitted, fresh and modern.  In the garden, there are olive trees and a distinctive granite boulder which the wind has carved into the shape of an armchair.

	Facilities The trilocale sleeps 4-6, with 2 double bedrooms plus a double sofabed. Living room/kitchen:  with terrace and sea and mountain views.  Fully-fitted kitchen area.  Dining table.  TV.  Sofabed Bedroom 1:  Double bed, doors to terrace.  Large storage cupboards.  Ensuite bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, toilet. Who would enjoy this house

A family or 1/2 couples who want outside space and would enjoy the sunny terrace and garden, and who want to be in walking distance of the beach and resort facilities.  Bakery, delicatessen and supermarkets, as well as Cannigione’s Monday market, are less than 5 minutes walk, as are numerous bars and restaurants and the sandy beach.
